Welcome to Yaabu. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of yaabu.com and any purchase you make from us. Yaabu is operated by IMPEX ECOM LLC (“Yaabu”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We currently sell and ship only to customers in the United States. See our Shipping Policy for details.
3. Products and Descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately, including their specifications, materials, sizes and features. However:
- product colours may look slightly different on your screen than in real life
- product images are for illustration, and packaging may vary
- measurements and specifications are approximate and may vary slightly between batches
If a product you receive is significantly different from its description, contact us. Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
4. Pet Safety and Product Use
Our products are designed for everyday pet care. To keep your pet safe:
- always read and follow the product instructions
- choose products suited to your pet’s size, age and temperament
- supervise your pet when introducing a new product, especially toys and electronic items
- check products regularly for wear or damage, and replace them when needed
- stop using any product if your pet shows signs of discomfort, stress or injury, and consult your veterinarian
Our products are not veterinary or medical products. Nothing on our website is a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Content on our website, including Ask Yaabu guides, is for general information only.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Standard shipping is free on all US orders. Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and shown at checkout.
We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after it has been confirmed. We’ll contact you if this happens.
6. Orders
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we’ve received your order but doesn’t guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if:
- the product is unavailable
- there’s a pricing or product information error
- we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- we can’t deliver to the shipping address provided

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Returns, refunds, and damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll let you know and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative, whichever you prefer.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on yaabu.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, guides and website design, is owned by or licensed to Yaabu and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
11. Reviews and Content You Submit
If you submit reviews, photos, comments or other content, you confirm it is your own, accurate, and not offensive or unlawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share that content on our website and marketing. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.

When using our website, you agree not to:

- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
- interfere with the website’s operation or security
- submit false orders or false information

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaabu and IMPEX ECOM LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yaabu and IMPEX ECOM LLC from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website or products.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@yaabu.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute that can’t be resolved informally will be handled by the courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of your state requires otherwise.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes don’t apply to orders placed before the update.
19. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.
