1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only for the following reasons:

  • The product is incorrect or not as described.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Please note: Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used consumables
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

  1. Our team will verify your claim and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.
  2. You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the product.
  3. After inspection, your return will be processed.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: If an item is returned in non-original condition or with missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Rejected Refunds: Items that fail inspection or fall outside policy guidelines will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund — especially for defective or damaged products in stock.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will proceed with a full refund.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged, or if any item is missing:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
  • We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
