This Privacy Policy explains how Yaabu collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit yaabu.com, place an order, or contact us. Yaabu is operated by IMPEX ECOM LLC (“Yaabu”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

- Contact details: name, email address, phone number
- Order details: shipping and billing address, items purchased, order history
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form, including any photos you share for returns or damage claims

Payment information: payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browsing data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages and how you reached our site
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files used to keep your cart working, remember your preferences and understand how our site is used (see section 6)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- process, ship and deliver your orders
- send order confirmations, shipping updates and tracking details
- respond to your questions and handle returns, refunds and damage claims
- send marketing emails, only if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- improve our website, products and customer service
- prevent fraud and keep our website secure

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our store:
- Shopify: our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes orders
- Payment providers: to process your payment securely
- Fulfilment partners and shipping carriers: to pack, ship and deliver your order. Some of our fulfilment partners are located outside the United States (see section 4).
- Email and messaging services: to send order updates and newsletters, and to reply to WhatsApp messages
- Analytics and advertising providers: such as Google, to understand site usage and show relevant ads (see section 6)
- Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights
These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
4. International Data Transfers
Because our products ship from international fulfilment partners, your name, shipping address, phone number and order details are shared with partners outside the United States so they can fulfil your order. We share only what’s needed to ship your order.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on the US state you live in, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct inaccurate information
- delete your personal information
- opt out of targeted advertising or the “sharing” of your information for advertising
- not be discriminated against for using these rights
You can exercise any of these rights by emailing support@yaabu.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request. We’ll respond within 45 days.
Marketing emails: click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email, or contact us. You’ll still receive order-related emails.
6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- keep your cart and checkout working (essential cookies)
- understand how visitors use our site (analytics, such as Google Analytics)
- measure and improve our advertising (such as Google Ads)
You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, like the cart, from working.
To opt out of personalised Google ads, visit Google’s Ad Settings at adssettings.google.com. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services, handle returns and support, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
